How far out do I need to book? +
48 hours minimum for most setups. For bigger events and full-service, the earlier the better — we fill up. If you're planning something major, reach out now and lock in your date.
Can you do same-day or next-day? +
Depending on availability, yes. We've made it happen before. Call us directly at (424) 373-8995 if you need something fast and we'll tell you straight up what we can do.
What meats do you serve? +
Chicken, steak, shrimp, and veggie. This is what people come back for. You pick 2 or 3 proteins when you book — and every option hits. No filler, no shortcuts.
I have 50, 100, 200+ guests — can you handle it? +
That's exactly what we do. We've run tours, festivals, and major events. Self-Service handles the volume efficiently. Full-Service means we staff it and run it from start to finish. Either way, we've done it at scale.
What's included when I book? +
Tortillas, proteins, toppings, salsa, and all setup essentials are included. Full-Service adds on-site staff, live cooking, and up to 3 hours of service. You show up, we handle the rest.
Do you deliver or is it pickup? +
Both. Pickup or delivery — you choose during booking based on what works for your event.
Can I customize the order? +
Yes. You select protein combinations, quantities, and add-ons during booking. For complex events — submit a quote and we'll build it out specifically for you.
