How much notice do you need?
We recommend at least 48 hours for Lunchbox and smaller catering. Larger events should be booked as early as possible to secure your date.
How fast can I get catering?
Lunchbox orders can often be fulfilled same-day or next-day depending on availability. Full-service and larger catering typically require 2-5 days notice.
What proteins are available?
Chicken, steak, shrimp, and veggie options are available. You can choose single protein, 50/50 split, or a 3-way mix depending on your package.
How does the TMC Lunchbox work?
Lunchbox is built for fast team meals. You select your package size (20, 30, or 40 halves), choose your protein mix, and schedule your pickup or delivery time. Designed for quick ordering without back-and-forth.
What if my event is over 50 guests?
Events over 50 guests should use Self-Service or Full-Service catering. This ensures better food flow, proper setup, and a smoother experience for your guests.
What's included with catering?
All catering includes tortillas, proteins, toppings, salsa, and setup essentials. Full-Service includes staff, on-site cooking, and up to 3 hours of service.
Do you deliver or is it pickup only?
We offer both pickup and delivery depending on the order type. Lunchbox and catering orders can be scheduled for either option based on availability.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. You can select protein mixes, quantities, and add-ons during booking. For larger or more complex events, submit a quote request and we'll customize it for you.
Can I call to place an order?
Orders are not placed by phone. You can call with questions and our AI assistant can help or transfer you if needed.
